Keep up the burn started with my “Train with Michael Chandler” 6 week program. This maintains the intensity and focus that my prior advanced program required, this time in a ferocious four week program we push it even closer to the top! We still recommend taking a day off between each workout to recover and two days at the end of every week. During these days off, you may engage in some cardio if you wish.
