There are three ways to cancel your membership based on where you signed up.

On the following page you will see your subscription details. Click on Cancel (highlighted on this image in green):

If you signed up via the google play store, you will need to cancel your subscription from within the play store.

1. Click on your account button in the play store – typically your image or the little circle at the upper right of the screen.
2. Select Payments & Subscriptions
3. Select Subscriptions on the following screen.
4. Select the app you need to cancel (Walk On Fitness) from the subscriptions on the following screen.

You will then be taken to a cancellation confirmation page to confirm ending your subscription. The subscription will be valid until your next billing date after which you will lose access.

If you decide to reactivate at a later date, your username and password will still be valid and you would restart your subscription from this same area.

If you signed up via Apple here are the steps to unsubscribe:

1. Open the settings app on your iphone or ipad.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription to Walk On Fitness.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down in order to find the Cancel Subscription button.

You will then be taken to a cancellation confirmation page to confirm ending your subscription. The subscription will be valid until your next billing date after which you will lose access.
