The All Around Athlete program is a full body program that will unleash the athletic potential within! Focusing on explosive and athletic lifting, it is a total of 6 – 8 weeks. There is a two week intro into the program, you may skip this if you are confident of your athletic condition, though it will still challenge you. The following weeks (marked as week 1 and week 2) are repeated 2 to 4 times to make the total program 4 – 6 weeks.
On Wednesday of Week 1, I recommend a day of rest and recovery as well as the weekend after Thursday and Friday’s workout. During Week 2, there is no additional rest day. The full program pattern would look like this:
Intro Week 1
Repeat Intro Week 1 for Intro Week 2
Week 1 (All Around Athlete) for Week 3
Week 2 (All Around Athlete) for Week 4
Repeat Week 1 (All Around Athlete) for Week 5
Repeat Week 2 (All Around Athlete) for Week 6
