Hi Walk On – J Holt here! This time I have something a little different, instead of a full program I am giving you some themed lifts and workout advice that focus on strength and power. Only got 15 minutes to bust something out before you have to get to that meeting? Feeling good like you could take on an extra challenge during your leg day? One of these quick exercises can either be tackled stand alone or combined with something else to get your blood pumping and keep you working toward your athletic best.
