The Train with Michael Chandler is a six-week program designed to push you to your athletic limits. We recommend taking a day off between each workout to recover and two days at the end of every week. During these days off, you may engage in some cardio if you wish.
- Intermediate to Advanced workout program
- 6-week program – 3 workouts per week, one day of rest between with a weekend
- Cardio may be added to off days if you wish
- Full body program
