If you wish to unsubscribe from our service, you must do so in the place that you signed up:
- If you signed up via the web app simply login to your account and you can cancel your membership by logging into your account and clicking on Billing: Cancel.
- If you signed up via the google play store, you will need to cancel your subscription from within the play store. Click on your account button in the play store at the upper right of the screen and click on subscriptions.
- If you signed up via the App Store, open the settings tab and select your name, then subscriptions then tap the subscription you wish to manage.
All three of these methods will retain your account information for easy resubscription should you wish to return in the future.
If you wish to delete all personal information from our system, please follow the below instructions. Please note that this is permanent and cannot be undone once you have finished. You must unsubscribe first.
