4 WEEK BEGINNER DUMBBELL WORKOUT

Join me, Daley Gold, in my 4 week dumbbell beginner program that is great for those starting their fitness goals. It provides foundational movements that will prime your body for my other programs. You can expect to build strength and muscle, all while becoming confident in the gym.

CORE WORKOUTS

These Core Workouts are intended to be added to the end of any of my workouts to give a little more attention to the core. Two of these are beginner and intermediate workouts while the third is more advanced – mix and match them as you like – again, adding them to the end of any program day.

6 WEEK GLUTE FOCUSED WORKOUT

My 6 Week Glute Focused Program will build lean muscle and help you develop that “hourglass” shape. Repeat this program every week for 6 weeks, increasing the weight you perform each exercise with in order to create progressive overload.

BREATHWORK EXERCISES
