The Lower Body Workout is a four-week program focusing on increasing the strength and stamina of your lower body. This may be combined with the four-week upper body workout to create a 4-week full body conditioning workout. We recommend taking a day off between each workout to recover and two days at the end of every week. During these days off, you may engage in some cardio if you wish.
- Beginner to Intermediate workout.
- May be combined with our 4-Week Upper Body workout to make an Intermediate to Advanced workout.
- 4-week program – 3 workouts per week, one day of rest recommended between with a weekend
- Cardio may be added to off days if you wish
