Something that is often neglected in our training is the role that breathing has on our function and performance. Even just taking a few minutes every day to focus on how we are breathing can be therapeutic – cleansing us, relieving stress, and even increasing our athletic performance. These exercises are meant as supplementation to our workouts rather than a strict program. One that is treated with careful intention to improve how we breathe and give us more focus to be better overall.
