4 Week Beginner Dumbbell Program

This 4 week dumbbell beginner program is great for those starting their fitness goals. It provides foundational movements that will prime your body for my other programs. You can expect to build strength and muscle, all while becoming confident in the gym. This program is also a great fit if you are traveling and only have access to minimal gym equipment! The four day lifting structure will compliment any additional cardio you wish to do. My recommendation is to prioritize cardio after your lifts if your focus is to gain strength and muscle. The 3 rest days will allow your body the necessary time to recover and repair.
