My bulking program is here just in time to put on some extra muscle and size for summer! Inside, you’ll find all the classics, but thanks to my collaboration with NFL trainer Jeremy Holt, you now have access to new athletic combos that will really help those gains. This four week program will make you move and make you sweat! We still recommend taking a day off between each workout to recover and two days at the end of every week. During these days off, you can engage in some cardio if you wish.
